Recurring transfer not entered in both accounts

I have a recurring transfer between 2 of my accounts that is entered as "Bill and Income Reminder" and auto-entered. Lately, it only records the transfer in the "to" account, but not in the "from" account. The category in the to account shows the correct from account, but when I select "Go to matching transfer", it says the account no longer exists. If I edit the category (first change to a normal category, then save, then re-enter the from account), it is entered correctly. This has been happening for several months.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you are experiencing with Quicken. Based on your description, it sounds like the issue may be related to the bill reminder.

Please try deleting the bill reminder and then adding it again.

To remove a manual bill reminder, please follow these steps:

Go to the Tools menu > Manage Bill & Income Reminders. You can also press Ctrl+J.
In the Bill and Income Reminders dialog, select the reminder you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Click OK to confirm. The reminder is deleted.
