EWC -DC Mismatch Truist Bank and Seacoast Bank

If I try to download transactions from Truist, they migrate to Seacoast Bank (which took over Citizens First in Florida). I have been to support at Truist who points the finger to Truist. Have called Quicken support and support wants me to download a backup - NOT POSSIBLE. I have turned off all download categories/accounts for both banks. Help

What is the URL of the financial institution where you currently see your accounts?
What financial institution name is shown in Quicken for the accounts that are downloading transactions?
Have you received a confirmation email from Seacoast Bank or Citizens First stating that your accounts have been migrated?
Have you received a new user ID or password for Seacoast Bank?
Do you receive any error message or error code when trying to connect? If so, could you please share the exact message or code you’re seeing?
