I have tried to connect to CarMax Auto Finance, and it will not connect. It appears in their system. I log in, and it asks for the authentication code from my phone, but it always gives an error message after I submit the code. I can log into my CarMax Account just fine outside of Quicken. Here is the sequence in photos:
Hi @EricTennessee, Thanks for letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing and for sharing the screenshots of the error message.
I suggest following the steps outlined in our Support Article for the FDP-106 error.
If these accounts were previously connected, I suggest deactivating and reactivating the accounts, including any closed or hidden accounts, if applicable.
Deactivate the account(s)
Reactivate and link the account(s)
After checking my internal tools, I found that the FDP-106 error has been occurring for more than 24 hours. If this is the first time you are adding these accounts to Quicken, or if all accounts were previously disconnected and you are still receiving the same error, I suggest contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I hope this helps!
This was my first time trying to connect the account. What is the number for phone support?
