Recently, I am unable to sync my transactions with my Bank.

When I try, this pops up on my screen.:

I m and using:

Oops, all I hay to do mas sign in with my Quicken ID and password. Never hay to do that before.  Probably related to software up dates.  Sorry for wasting anyones time.
