Elan Financial Services Not Listed In Update Summary

Question

When I perform OSU, it returns results in the One Step Update Summary for all selected accounts except Elan Financial Services (Fidelity Rewards Visa).  The transactions download as expected, but there are no results summary.  Below is a screenshot when I ran OSU for only Elan.  Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. In addition to what @Sceptic shared, I also suggest trying the following steps to fix the blank white screen in the One Step Update Summary

To do so:

* Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet[folder with user’s data file name]
* Locate the runtime.dat file and rename it. You can add something like the name of your data file.

* Reopen Quicken and run a One Step Update (OSU) again.
* Check whether the issue occurs again during the update.
