Windows 11
Quicken R69.26
Issue started when a new E*Trade account was added to Quicken within the last week or two. Existing E*Trade accounts continue to update in Quicken with Complete tracking.
@Joe Klevorn deactivate and reactivate your account. Make sure to select "Direct Connect" when you reactivate. Most of the time this option is shown when you click on "Advanced Options" during the activation process.
I tried this and got the same result. I didn't see an option anywhere to select "Direct Connect". I confirmed that the problem account is set up for Complete Tracking in its Quicken account settings. Not sure what to try next.
I tried it again anticipating that I would have to delete the problem account and create it again in Quicken but this time everything worked fine with E*Trade. Thank you for your help Sceptic!
