FIDELITY ACCOUNT PROBLEMS

There are SO MANY issues with Fidelity downloads and i am spending an inordinate amount of time dealing with this.

nothing downloading, adjustments to asset valuations downloading as sales and purchases instead of adding and deleting shares, ability to set up the account without ccash trades

why aren't you getting this fixed?

is there someone who can help me???

Hello @jillietee,

Thank you for reporting the issues that you are experiencing with Fidelity.

After checking your connections internally, I can't see any active connections to Fidelity.

Are you getting any errors when trying to update these accounts? We do currently have an Open Alert for Fidelity. This issue started with users seeing CC-501 errors and has since progressed to FDP-350 errors.

If this is what you are experiencing, please open the alert that I have linked above, highlighted in blue for steps to resolve it. If not, let me know, and we can explore other troubleshooting options.
