Disappearing Renaming Rules

Does anyone have trouble with disappearing renaming rules? It's random, but individual renaming rules just disappear - poof. One or two a month. Different rules every time.

That is an interesting behavior. To help me better understand what may be happening, I'd appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

• Remove memorized payees not used in the last X months: Is this option selected? To check, go to Edit > Preferences > Data entry and QuickenFill.

• Automatically create rules when I rename payees: Is this option enabled? To check, go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded transactions > Your renaming rules.

• When did the issue start?
• Where is your Quicken file located? Open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, the file with the check mark is the one currently open. Please provide the full file path shown there.

• Is your Quicken file being backed up or synced by a third-party service? Examples include Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze.
