One Schwab account stopped downloading transactions

I have one Schwab account that has stopped downloading transactions in July. The portfolio balances and positions are correct. All my other Schwab accounts are downloading correctly. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account but no fix. What other options can I try?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing. To better understand why this is happening, let me ask you a few questions:

• Is the affected account in Simple or Detailed tracking mode? To confirm, open the account and click the Settings option or gear icon. Then, under Details, look for Investment Tracking Method.

• If the account is in Detailed mode, are the transactions sorted by date? Please confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is set to Date, as mentioned in our support article about missing transactions. Click the Date column header at the top of the register. Also, if applicable, click the Clear Filters button to the right of the account register’s filter dropdowns. This confirms that no filters are applied to the register.
