Bank OZK Downloads

Question

Since starting the Bank Ozk New downloads the payee now downloads to memo. Is there a setting to change this behavior??

That is interesting. To help narrow down what's happening, could you check whether any of your transactions were saved with the wrong memo? You can take a quick look by going to Tools > Memorized Payee List.

If everything looks normal there, the next step is to see if the issue happens in a brand-new test file.

Note: Creating a test file will not affect your existing data file. However, you may want to create a backup before proceeding.

NEW FILE

* Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
* Select New Quicken File.
* Click OK.
* In the File name field, enter the name of the new file then click Save (Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you).
* Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt. 
* Select if you want to use Mobile.
* Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.

When I do that nothing downloads except the amount. No payee is downloading.

Hi @Dmjae,

Thank you for sharing the details of what you’re experiencing. To prevent the memo from being updated when transactions are downloaded, you can enable the “Don’t update memo when downloading” option.

* Open the specific account register where you see the issue.
* Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the register.
* Select Edit Account Details.
* Click the Online Services tab.
* Check the box for "Don't update memo when downloading".
* Click OK or Save to apply the changes.
