Is there a way to view scheduled transactions in a list as opposed to the calendar? Is there a way to change the settings so that the application doesn't query to update my accounts unless I manually initiate it?
Thanks,
Val
@Levelhead my apologies . I should have noticed that your question was for Quicken Mac. My answer was for Quicken Windows.

In Quicken Mac you can see a list of upcoming scheduled transactions on the Bills & Income tab by selecting Projected Balances. By default it will show only the next occurrence of each bill, you can change the Next Instance dropdown setting to see all occurrences in the specified time.
Quicken Mac doesn't have a setting for automatically updating accounts at startup. it's possible that this is a side effect of mobile sync - if you don't use the mobile apps or web interface then you could try turning that off in Quicken Settings under the Mobile, Web & Alerts tab. Otherwise I don't know what would make it do that or how to turn it off - I don't see that happen at startup.
