Financial Institution Connection Update Not Clearing

When I click onthe One Step Update, and I am prompted to update my financial connection for an account which comes up as Unknown which is to a Financial Institution where I do have accounts (Picture Attached)

However, all my active accounts are already validated. If I click on Reauthorize, It does go to the institution and it complete the process. However, no new accounts are added or configured. Finally, clicking on One Step Update again, gives me the same prompt.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to correct this issue or find this "Unknown" account?

Thank you for letting us know that you are getting this error when you go to update your account.

My question for you: do you have a hidden account? You can go to the article that I have provided, highlighted in blue.

You can check by doing these steps:

To show a hidden account again

1. Choose the Tools menu > Accounts List. 
2. In the Account List, click Edit next to the account you want to hide.
3. Click the Display Options tab.
4. Click to clear one or all of the Account Display checkboxes.
5. Click OK.
