Merrill Lynch multiple acct reauthorizations; doesn't work

All of a sudden I'm getting messages in OSU to reauthorize my Merrill Lynch accounts. I do that and everything looks ok. Then I get screen pop-up "We couldn't find any authorized accounts to link. Please sign in with the bank credentials associated with the account you're reauthorizing." I think click the Finish button and Q displays "Your accounts have been authorized successfully!"

But they haven't been successfully reauthorized, because the next time I do an OSU, the same thing happens. Over and over.

2. Navigate to the section that manages connected apps, third-party access, or desktop application permissions.
3. Remove or revoke Quicken’s existing authorization.
4. Return to Quicken and add or reactivate the account.
5. Complete any authorization prompts provided by the financial institution.
6. Once the account has been reconnected, perform an account update to confirm the connection is working properly.
