Still having issues with Wells Fargo

So I am starting a new one since I am still having the issue. This started around September 4th or so, and since then my Wells Fargo Brokerage and Wells Fargo IRA have both been having syncing issues. One day they will work fine, and then the next they will both go to 0 and not show any holdings, but then a few days later one or both may reappear, and then one or both may disappear again the next day. This has been ongoing, so I just tried disconnecting the accounts and reconnecting the download for the accounts. But after doing that and syncing, still no data shows up. I will try again tonight and see if the data downloads then.

Thank you for opening a new thread and taking the time to report what you’re experiencing. I’m sorry you’re still experiencing this issue.

I checked your accounts on our end and found that almost all of them are connected properly. However, one of your IRA accounts is returning the FDP-350 error.

To address this, please try the following steps from our support article:

Sign in to your financial institution’s website.
Navigate to the section that manages connected apps, third-party access, or desktop application permissions.
Remove or revoke Quicken’s existing authorization.
Return to Quicken and add or reactivate the account.
Complete any authorization prompts provided by the financial institution.
Once the account has been reconnected, perform an account update to confirm the connection is working properly

Please let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, could you also provide the following information?

Do you see an error message after updating the accounts? If so, please provide the exact message or error code.
Are the affected Brokerage and IRA accounts under different user credentials on the Wells Fargo website, or can you access all of them under the same profile?
Have those accounts had any recent activity?
Have you tried validating your data file?
Have you tried restoring a backup from before the issue started?
