Automatic renamimg window error

Today while entering transactions I was renaming some of the payees. I do this consistently but today the automatic window that appeared was clearly in error. No information was provided

This happened for each renaming today. Typically, each portion of this window is completed automatically. Any ideas why this happened and how to fix it?

Thank you for sharing what you’re experiencing. If this is the first time you’ve encountered this behavior, I recommend validating your Quicken data file if you haven’t already. The validation process can identify and repair certain types of data file corruption and may resolve the issue. Please create a backup of your data file before proceeding.

To validate your file:

1. Go to File
2. Select Validate and Repair File
3. Choose Validate File
4. Click OK
5. Review Log: Once completed, a log file (validate.txt) will open in Notepad. Review it for any errors related to the account you were working with when the issue occurred.
