Sam's Club Synchrony Credit Card.

Is anyone able to perform an transaction download for your Sam's club card.

Synchrony recently changed their web site from samsclub.syf.com to synchrony.com.

I kept getting - you need to reset your password errors CC-509. I reset my password at the new site, but I kept getting the error. So I deleted the online connection and attempted to reconnect, but quicken is still attempting to connect to samsclub.syf.com.

My guess is Quicken needs to reset the link for the Sam Club Credit card.

Thoughts?

@hw1627 you don't state which FI you are currently using. For my own Sam's Club credit card, I was using "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou". Now I am using "Synchrony Mastercard"

Earlier this year, Synchrony sent me several e-mails suggesting that I update to a better way to sign on to Synchrony accounts. After I switched to the new way to sign on, I switched over to "Synchrony Mastercard".

Bottom line, both FIs work with connecting the Sam's Club credit card:

"Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou" works using the old username and password
"Synchrony Mastercard" works using the new username and password.

Got it working in a round about way thanks to your comment. I could not change the FI for the existing card, so I created a new card and set the FI to Synchrony Master Card and attempted to log in. It failed, but then I click on the link for mastercard.syf.com. Attempted to login - that failed, so I changed the password. Attempted to use that in Quicken, Failed again. When back to the Web Site and clicked on "Add Synchrony Account To Manager". After I did that, went back to the original FI "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou" and successfully activated the account for downloads. Maybe one or two of the steps was not required, but it is working. Thank you.
