How do I get the Due Soon section (back) to the top of the Bills and Income list?

An old problem has reared its ugly head again. On the Bills and Income tab, the “Upcoming Bills” section is at the top, and the “Due Soon” section is at the bottom. I think this is same issue raised 4-5 years ago in these threads below. This is the first time I have seen this happen recently. And I’m guessing the Mondo patches from back then won’t help now.

I am using Quicken Class Business and Profession for Windows, version R69.29. I’m on Windows 11 Home.

Please tell me how to fix this issue (perhaps permanently?). Thanks!

Update: this morning, order is back to normal: "Due Today" then "Due Soon" then "Upcoming."

Before I posted yesterday, I had restarted, and I didn't do any other troubleshooting after that. Thus, I'm not aware of anything that I did which fixed the problem. Thus OK for now, but since the problem has recurred, I'd appreciate to know what the fix is for future use.
