Why is Quicken 9.2.2 for MAC freeze every time I try to add an attachment?

Quicken 9.2.2 freezes every time I try to add an attachment. Have to force quit, then re-open + drag the receipts in

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have a few questions that may help us narrow down what is causing Quicken to freeze when adding an attachment:

* When did you first notice this issue?
* What is the file size of the receipt you are trying to attach?
* What file format are the receipts (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.)?
* Does the issue occur with smaller files, or only with larger attachments?
* How much available storage space do you currently have on your Mac?
* Are the files stored locally on your Mac, or are they located in iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, or another cloud-synced folder?
* Does the issue occur when trying to attach a different receipt of a similar size and format?

This information will help us determine whether the issue may be related to the attachment files or the environment where Quicken is trying to access them.
