Since last Thursday, I have been getting Care Code: FDP-102 errors on CIT Bank downloads. I have Quicken for Mac.
This issue occurred back in August, and then worked until last week.
Hi @bmilewski82,

This is an ongoing issue, and our team is actively working toward a resolution. For new updates as they become available, I suggest monitoring the Community Alert.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while our team works on this issue.
Same issue here. Worked since the issue in August, now not working again.

QMAC Version 9.2.2 (Build 902.61860.100)
FDP-102 continues when trying to reconnect to CIT BANK. I have tried both of the available login options. This has been an issue since late August. This morning I created a new quicken file and tried adding the account. Once again FDP-102 !! Screen shot attached. When will there be some progress on resolving this issue?
Hi @ST,
This issue is still ongoing, and we don’t have an estimated resolution date at this time. Our team continues to work with the financial institution to identify the cause and find a resolution.
I understand this has been going on for some time, and I appreciate your patience. Issues involving multiple parties can sometimes take longer to resolve as we work to identify the underlying cause and implement a fix.
Thank you for your understanding while we continue working on this.
@Quicken Laura I am having the same issue (which was also an issue in August). How can we esclate this issue since its been outstanding for nearly three months. No ETA is not a great response to customers.
Hi @FranklinFarr,
This issue has already been escalated internally. Our Support team has contacted the Financial Institution team, and they are actively working to resolve the issue. At this time, however, the issue is still ongoing.
In the meantime, you may be able to use the QFX file export/import method to download your latest financial information into Quicken.
We’ll continue to share updates in the Community Alert as new information becomes available, so I recommend bookmarking the alert for future updates.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this issue is causing. We appreciate your patience and will share any new information as soon as it becomes available.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello…. I'm having the FPD-102 issue with CiT Bank as well. Very disappointing. I had to use google to figure out that it is an ongoing issue that is being worked on and escalated. It would be nice if your FPD-102 error message gave me that sort of information instead of just encouraging me to try again later.
Same issue, been ongoing for weeks. Tried both types of CIT Bank logins. Report sent. Please get this fixed.
Still not able to download from my CIT bank account. I've tried both bank logins. Is there any new information, or timeframe for repair?
