I have been getting error CC-502 and "CIT Bank online is reporting connection issues" since 9/23. My online access is fine, but Quicken is not updating.

Hello @jtmn,
Thank you for reporting the error you have been receiving with CIT Bank
This message essentially says the CC-502 error is likely temporary and caused by bank-server maintenance or connectivity limits, not a problem with your Quicken account.
We currently have an Open Alert for CIT Bank. We do not have an ETA for when this issue will be resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
To get updates, you can bookmark the alert I linked in blue.
Thank you.

I've been getting the FDP-102 error during the same timeframe and Quicken has not able to connect to CIT Bank since. Any updates on the resolution for this ? Thanks !
Hello @BB_MoneyGuy,
Thank you for adding to this discussion.
The last update to the Alert was on 9/8/26. There is currently no new information to share and no estimated time for resolution.
Contact has been made with the financial institution, and updates will be provided once new information is available. In the meantime, we recommend trying to connect periodically or importing QFX files until further notice.
To be notified of progress or changes, you can bookmark the alert I have highlighted in blue.
Hope this helps.
Beginning 09/28/26 CIT bank has been unable to connect. Up until 09/19/26 it had been working fine. We were on vacation from 09/20 thru 09/27. However, upon return, Quicken updated and the CIT connection has not worked since. An account reset made things worse. Now the account link is gone and when trying to add it back (4+ days now) it fails with CC-502.
Quicken says it's an online connection issue. Won't download transactions. Anyone else having this issue?
Add me to the list, it's been this way for the past couple of weeks.
Hello all,

QFX files do not work with this either. Quicken does not import them.
Same here.
Hello,
Thank you for pointing this out. As of today, the latest update explains that we have escalated this issue to the bank, but customers are still seeing this error.
We recommend contacting your financial institution and reporting it to your online banking department.
Thank you!
I have spoken directly to the bank and provided them with screen shots and the relevant section of the cloud sync log.
This is the OL-221-A error received when using their download function.
