Update works for credit cards but not checking

Win 10. My update stopped connecting to my checking account after 20 years or so. I ran the reconnect drill ok on 2 different days, but still no for checking and ok for credit cards.

The Quicken help site was zero help.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing.

After reviewing my internal tools, I found the ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error. Since the automatic authorization process was not successful, I suggest manually deactivating and reactivating the affected Chase accounts instead of using the automatic authorization process.

Before proceeding, I recommend creating a backup of your Quicken data file. Once the backup is created, you can follow the steps below.

To Deactivate an Account:

• Select Tools > Account List.
• Select the affected account and click Edit.
• In the Account Details window, select the Online Services tab.
• Click Deactivate next to the service you want to disable.

• Click Yes to confirm.

To Reactivate the Account(s):

• Go to Tools > Add Account.
• Search for and select Chase.
• If prompted, select the connection method.
• Enter your Chase credentials and click Connect.
• When the list of accounts appears, select LINK next to each affected account.

• Click Next, then Done on the final prompt.
