Discount Tire Synchrony credit card CC-503

I can't add the Discount Tire credit card because of this error, even though the credentials and password are correct. I saw this issue before, as recently as April of this year, but I didn't see that it had been resolved, and there was no activity on the thread since then. So I am opening a new thread.

At the moment, there is still an open alert affecting Synchrony Bank that can result in a CC-503 error. Some Synchrony instances, such as Synchrony Mastercard and CareCredit, have been resolved, while others, including Synchrony Bank Credit Cards, are still affected.

I recommend following the steps outlined in our support article and trying the available Synchrony instances. However, if you continue receiving the same CC-503 error, it may be because the issue affecting that particular instance has not yet been fully resolved and remains under investigation by our team.
