Unable to download from Chase and Citi

I get the dreaded CC-501 error message for my attempts to download credit card information from both Chase and Citi for the last few days, specifically since the 23rd and 24th of this month. I have closed Quicken and restarted it again and massaged it but I am still getting it. Is something going on that is interfering?

Thank you for reporting the error you are seeing when trying to connect to Citi and Chase. After checking your connections internally, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-350 Error with Citi. This Windows error usually shows up on your end as a CC-901 Error. Even though this isn't the error you are seeing, I still think these are the best steps to follow.

Before you begin: If you have multiple accounts with one financial institution updating their connection method, you'll need to authorize each account individually.

For example, if you have a checking account with Capital One 360 and a credit card account with Capital One - Credit Cards, you would need to go through the process twice, one for each instance of that financial institution. Don't worry–Quicken will prompt you if you need to go through the process more than once.

If you do need to go through the migration process more than once, don't uncheck any accounts listed on the authorization screen unless you don't want to see the account in Quicken at all.

Please open the article I have linked above in blue and complete the steps to reauthorize these accounts.

As for Chase, I am not seeing any errors internally. If you are seeing the CC-501 Error on your side and have been receiving it since the 23rd, please get in touch with Quicken Support. This type of error may require our support agents to review logs to identify and fix the issue.

Important: Do not attempt to deactivate and reactivate your Chase accounts.
