One Step Update not downloading multiple accounts

Went to do OSU's on 2 computers this morning. OSU should check and update 19 accounts from 2 Financial Institutions (Bank of Oklahoma and Communication Federal Credit Union CFCU). Only 1 account of 8 was checked and updated of 8 accounts from Bank of Oklahoma and no accounts of 11 at CFCU were checked or updated.

Each computer has separate data files. No recent changes made to Quicken software and no Quicken revision updates applied even though one is available. My version is R69.29 which has been instsalled for a long time.

Attached are screenshots of error message I get on both computers.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing my internal tools, I found that the CC-502 error started occurring today. This error is typically caused by maintenance on the financial institution's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions.

If you haven't already done so, I suggest following the steps outlined in our Support Article about CC-502 errors.

I recommend waiting one business day and then trying to update your account information:

Open the transaction register for the account experiencing the error.
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the register and select Update Now.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Repeat these steps for each account experiencing the error.

If the issue persists after waiting one business day and trying the update again, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can walk you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if necessary.

Thanks for the reply @Quicken Carlos . I had already reviewed the informational article. My concern was that each Financiual Institution has their own servers so to get what I'm seeing would have to mean both FI's servers are at issue. Will wait a day or so and hopefully this is not an issue with intuit link.
