I found that when I tried to setup downloads by using the pull down menu and using setup downloading, I got the spinning wheel. But if I went into the account details and erased the Financial Institution, then went into Online Services tab and setup downloading, it worked.

Using Stifel and quicken. When wanting to connect to my accounts a window opens that Stifel DC needs you to authorize your accounts. When clicking the sign-in button nothing happens. I get a window with a spinning circle and no additional page opens. Is this a browser security issue that is keeping it from connecting to Stifel? I left it yesterday and when looking this morning the spinning circle is still there. Cannot cancel the process. Can only shut quicken down via task manager.
