Download bank info problem

Quicken file downloads are no longer supported by my bank, and I was prompted to update my connection method through Quicken support, which I did, and I "reauthorized" the bank to directly download my bank info to Quicken since I can no longer manually do that from my bank. When I reauthorized each of my bank accounts, the download occurred, but only for the last month, and I have not synced my accounts in several months, so how do I get the rest of the year's data into Quicken if it randomly just chose to sync the last month?

Transaction downloads are typically limited to the last 90–200 days, depending on the financial institution, as outlined in the support article here. If you need transaction history that is older than what Quicken can download, you may be able to export the transactions directly from your bank in QFX format and then import the file into Quicken.

However, I noticed you mentioned that your bank no longer supports file downloads. Could you please clarify whether you mean that they no longer offer the QFX file format, or if they have discontinued transaction exports altogether?

Also, are there any other file export options available through your bank? And could you please provide the name of the financial institution?
