Tangerine, is it just me, or it's the return of the non-working download CC-503 FDP-103?
MacOS 27
[Edited - Readability]
Hi @marcdube ,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Quicken Community and for letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing with the FDP-103 error with Tangerine. At this time, we're not seeing any ongoing or widespread reports of this error for Tangerine. FDP-103 can occur when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect or when outdated login credentials are stored in Quicken for Mac and/or Keychain Access. Before following the troubleshooting steps below, I suggest creating a backup of your Quicken file.
Deactivate the affected accounts
Once you have created a backup, I suggest deactivating all accounts with the affected financial institution to help prevent the error from occurring when you reconnect the accounts.
To deactivate the accounts:
Once all affected accounts have been disconnected, quit Quicken.
Delete the Quicken credentials from Keychain Access
For users on macOS Sequoia:
Reactivate and link the accounts
I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102
Details: FI_TIMEOUT Retry. This function is not currently available. Please try again.
Hi @marcdube, Thanks for following the steps above and sharing the outcome.
After reviewing my internal tools, I can confirm that the FDP-102 error is currently being reported today. I suggest following the troubleshooting steps for FDP-102.
One possible cause is that the financial institution password contains special characters that may interfere with Quicken’s ability to download transactions. The characters include:
If your password contains any of these characters, I suggest changing your password. If the error persists after changing the password, I recommend waiting 24 hours and then trying to add the accounts again.
If the issue persists after waiting the recommended timeframe, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if necessary.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I hope this helps!
None of these are used.
I am experiencing the same issue since yesterday. Waited 24 hours hoping it would "fix itself".
I`m having similar issue since Saturday morning, the Tangerine bank it`s not syncing anymore. I have deactivated all the Tangerine accounts and try to add the connection again, now I`m getting this error: Please try again later.
Details: FI_TIMEOUT
Retry. This function is not currently available. Please try again. It has nothing to do with the password (also, you cannot avoid special characters since that is the password requirements from Tangerine). It seems it`s a system wide issue which needs to be investigated further, I already see three instances of the same issue raised by other Quicken for Mac users within the same 2-3 days timeframe. P.S: I`m have other banks synced up with my Quicken program, and all work as intended (other than Tangerine). I`m using MacOS 26.7.1
I've been getting the same error for three days. Just started randomly after account connection had been working without issue for a long time.
Have had the same problem for several days. I have disconnected the accounts and tried to re-establish connection without success.
Exactly same problem and more. I chatted with support this morning (conversational agent and human agent). After escalating issue, I shared my screen with agent. We tried to update my tangerine using Quicken connect as usual without success. We disabled download and reactivate. Unable to reactivate. After many essays (chat and phone with and without screen sharing) without success, the issue was escalated to an other level and I was said (by phone) to wait a few days. I should receive an email when the problem is solved. So…
Same problem and no solution although I contacted Quicken support (chat, phone and screen sharing). No solution yet.
Are they aware of the Tangerine outage?
Unfortunately and obviously they are not. On their mind, this issue is an individual issue, strictly mine. They said they will contact me by email when the problem will be solved.
According to this post, Quicken support seems to be aware of an issue with Tangerine.
Hi All,
Thank you for letting us know that you are experiencing this issue. I can confirm that the issue has been escalated to the appropriate team for further investigation.
I suggest monitoring the Community Alert for new updates as they become available. Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Since I couldn't update the usual way, I tried using a downloaded quicken QFX transaction file from Tangerine's website.
When I tried to open the file in Quicken I received an error indicating the Financial Institution does not support or no longer supports "Webconnect"
hope that is just a generic response !
It's working now.
Working for me now finally!
Working here as well.
Hi, @marcdube, @badboy69 and @HW235. Thanks for taking the time to update this thread. I’m glad to hear that everything is working again as expected.
I suggest continuing to monitor the connection to confirm that the issue remains resolved. If the issue persists or the error returns, please continue to monitor the Community Alert for updates. Once our team confirms that the issue has been fully resolved, we will update the alert accordingly.
Thank you again for the update!
