CC 501

Question

I have Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows and First Hawaiian Bank. I have been receiving CC-501 for over a week. Other financial institutions work normally. Please check the First Hawaiian Bank connection/aggregator logs and escalate this if necessary.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that you are encountering this issue with First Hawaiian Bank. Here is an article I highlighted in blue that may explain the error you are receiving.

When Quicken can't connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll see a message with these errors in the program. This is usually caused on the bank’s end — Quicken is blocked from connecting to the account.
