One Step Update confused by accounts ending in same three digits

I am using One Step Update to download transactions from my broker (Schwab.com). I have multiple accounts, two of which both end in the same three digits (for example 32456987 and 65741987). Quicken appears to use an abbreviation for these accounts using only the last three digits (example: Schwab XXXXX987) so it cannot differentiate between the two accounts. I have tried setting up two separate downloads for each account, but Quicken tells me the second account already exists (because it is looking at the Quicken abbreviated account name??) Ideas?

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing. To better understand what is happening, I'd appreciate it if you could clarify a couple of things:

• Are these two Schwab accounts already set up in Quicken and you're trying to reconnect/update them, or are you adding them to Quicken for the first time?
• When you connect to Schwab, does Quicken discover both accounts but show both as XXXXX987, or does it only discover one of them?
• If Quicken discovers both, what options do you see for each account (for example, Link to existing, Add to Quicken, or Already added to Quicken)?
• If you are getting an error message or code when trying to add the second account, please let me know exactly what it says.
