I'd like to be able to change the color and/or style of fonts, numbers, and the reconcile characters. At a glance, one could tell which months' transactions reconciled at the same time, or what the reason for font style changes might be for certain personal reasons. The same could go with numbers in the Payment, Deposit, or Balance columns being personal colors of choice. Or, a whole Deposit transaction on a ledger being the color of choice, and the same could go with different types of transactions to give a visual of something different between things.
