Is anyone in fact still working on this? It has been over a month without connectivity.
Hello @grubens,
Thank you for checking on this!
Yes, this is a Known Issue and is considered ongoing. We escalated this issue with the bank, but we continue to see customers experiencing these errors.
We recommend contacting the financial institution to report this issue to their online banking department.
Let us know how it goes!
what’s the issue and when will it be fixed?
Thank you for asking!
The issue is mentioned in the thread title and in the Open Alert. It affects both CIT Bank N.A New Login and CIT Bank Online. Users have been experiencing various errors when trying to connect.
We have escalated this issue to the financial institution, but some customers are still experiencing bank throttling, which may result in either an FDP-102/CC-502 or FDP-105/CC-505 error.
If you are experiencing one of these errors, please contact your bank and report the issue to their Online Banking Department. This will help ensure they have better visibility into the impact and can investigate further.
I have linked the alert above in blue. You can bookmark it to receive notifications of any updates or changes. We do not have an ETA for when this will be resolved, but the bank may be able to provide you with one. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks again!
When is this going to be fixed? I've already contacted CIT about it as well. This has been weeks now
