cc-501 issue continues

Bank of America — CC-501 on 3 accounts — recurring problem

I’m using Quicken Classic for Windows. One Step Update gives me CC-501 for all 3 of my Bank of America accounts. My Chase account updates normally.

This happened several days ago as well and is happening again today, October 7, 2026.

Is anyone else experiencing CC-501 with Bank of America? I’m reluctant to deactivate/reactivate the accounts because this has happened before.

@decembertwenty have you tried going to the account registers and doing an "Update now"?

Otherwise, since you've been experiencing this error off and on for the past several days, the recommendation is to contact Quicken Support - https://www.quicken.com/support/search-opt
