Adding a "Lending Loan" asset in Premier, only provides for Principal & Interest payments and gives no way to track an Interest Only lender loan assset.

Have you tried setting up this loan with "$0.00 Principal amount" and a big balloon payment at the end?

Unable to set up this way…I'm using Quicken Classic Premier for Mac. It's pretty much 'forced options.'
