Investment is not available as account type when adding Wealthscape Investor account

I'm trying to add a new investment account for Wealthscape Investor. I have several already working fine.

After selecting Wealthscape Investor, the only available options for account type are bank and loan.

I'm running Windows 11, Version R69.53 Build 27.1.69.53

@Joe Magid when you get to that screen, choose "Banking accounts". It should ultimately lead you to the correct investment account options. I am not sure why that screen exists. It doesn't always show up, but I agree it is misleading.

I did that and the next screen requires a routing number which is appropriate for a checking account, but not for an investment account and it is a must enter field preventing adding the account.

Yours is what it should look like, but it's not what I'm seeing…

I stuck in the routing number from my bank and it added the account as a checking account, but it didn't update properly, there's money in it and it came back with no transactions, $0.
I'm going to revert to before I added it (I backup the data files after every session…) because when I did the update it came back with a score of transactions for my other Wealthscape accounts but there are none showing to be processed…

@Joe Magid that is very strange. I have never seen where two users are seeing different login screens for the same FI. At this point, I would recommend contacting Weatherscape. You have both screenshots that you can provide them.

FYI, the accounts I've been trying to add are for annuities, so I've added them as off-line accounts for the time being. That of course doesn't change that this seems to be a problem.

I don't have time to chase after this until at least after next weekend, so if you do & can, that would be great.

I solved it, but it is somewhat time consuming. It seems the Quicken Wealthscape will only allow one account when you're selecting a new account. Thew Wealthscape requirement for an account number is probably the issue as we don't have an account ID that will list all accounts in our Wealthscape services. The solution is create the first account, download, reconcile (optional), and then deactivate the account. Redo the Quicken add new account, and repeat the steps for the next Wealthscape account. Do this cycle for all accounts. Once you have the all accounts in, reactivate the deactivated Wealthscape accounts. Don't forget to save the Wealthscape password to your vault for each account reactivated.
