Downloading from Netbenefits

This is a first! Did my download action and NetBenefits download wiped out 22 years of entries for one of my mutual funds.

I went to a backup, opened it up, and had to re-enter all my passwords for every account and then get the downloads.

The fund reappeared. Tried it again, and it disappeared.

Any thoughts?

Ever since Fidelity switched from Direct Connect to the New Quicken Connect/EWC+, I have seen oddities like this from time to time. It usually happens on the weekend. Check the dynamic opening balance transactions and you'll probably see a transaction removing those shares. Every time I have seen this it usually resolves itself within 2 or 3 business days. 2 of my golden rules for Quicken are, keep multiple backups and never panic on the weekend.
