Credit score - Social Security Number correction

When I try to get my credit score, it states that I need to use the ssn that I previously used in Quicken. I have not changed my number. It used to work years ago. I believe an update skewed the number. How do I update the program to recognize the number? Please advise.

@Mrviper80 are you using the same Quicken ID that was originally used to register for the Credit Score feature (Edit → Preferences → Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts). If you are using the correct Quicken ID and continue to receive the message that a different SSN was previously used, then you will likely need to contact Quicken Support, as I am not aware of any user-accessible option to reset or change the SSN associated with the Credit Score registration.
