My Bill Pay list of payees is getting too long. While cleaning the list, It would be nice to save a payee's info for later rather than deleting the payee.
There are two payee lists: Online, and Address Book. It's been forever and a day since I used Bill Pay (and even then it was from my bank), but I seem to recall using Address Book, as the full address details were needed. If that's the case, you can select the payee, click edit, and unclick QuickFill list. That may be what you're looking for. If you're using Online Payees, your only option is to delete.
