New Mac Subscription Needs 16 digit code

Hello all, I. purchased a 1 yr subscription for Mac. I can log into my account, but when I click Get Started, it redirects to a page requesting me to make a purchase (which I have) and asks for 1 16 digit code, which I do not have anywhere in an email or on my account dashboard.

After checking your account internally, it looks like you accidentally purchased Quicken Simplifi instead of Quicken Classic. I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support.
