R69.53 version and earlier. A bill reminder had a memo that I deleted. It reappears. I checked the Renaming list and it is not coming from there (didn't expect it really was). What else could be causing this?
@harleygj1 besides Renaming Rules, I would also check the Memorized Payee List and the bill reminder itself. Either of those can repopulate the memo field. If it's an Online Bill, the biller data may also be restoring the memo. Does the memo reappear immediately after you delete it, or only when the next reminder is generated?
