CC-501 Cannot access Citi Bank credit card transactions

For the past few days, I have been unable to download transactions from my Citi Bank credit card (Costco) through the online center. I receive a CC-501 error. I don't see any alerts for this bank. All my other transaction downloads work fine. I download individually from banks, not all at once. Thanks for any advice on what to do next.

I used the 'reset account' option in online services to reauthorize the account (as mentioned in another post) and that worked. Downloading is now working fine.
