We are aware of an issue with the Quicken Classic on the Web Transaction Calculator (also known as Numpad) being unresponsive across all browsers.
This issue occurs for all Quicken Classic users who access Quicken on the Web at https://app.quicken.com.
This issue has been escalated internally, although there is no ETA currently available.
This issue has been escalated to our internal team for further investigation. We don’t have an ETA for a resolution yet, but we’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.
