Categorization broken after R69.26

Auto categorization in Quicken for Windows is broken after R 69.26. All memorized transaction rules are ignored and generic ones are applied by Quicken. This is beyond the recent Amazon problems. Support has seen the error and is escalating it to L2 / Development.

The workaround is to go back to version R 69.26 or earlier.
