Duplicate Downloaded Transactions

I have five different savings/cd accounts across two financial institutions that repeatedly download the same interest transaction from 10/1. I accept the transaction, reconcile it, and during the next one step update, the same transaction is downloaded and the reconciled transaction disappears. The previously reconciled transaction disappears upon download of the new transaction before it is reconciled. I have checked and the transaction always has the same download id. Other transactions downloaded after 10/1 are fine. It is just this one set of 10/1 transactions that keeps reappearing. I have deactivated and reactivated the accounts but that doesn't help. What next?

@Jaymoore The fact that the reconciled transaction disappears before the replacement transaction is downloaded is the most significant clue. This does not sound like a simple duplicate download issue. Since it is occurring across multiple accounts and the Download ID remains unchanged, can you tell us:

The financial institutions involved?
The connection method for the accounts?
Whether Sync to Mobile & Web is enabled?
Whether Validate and Repair reports any errors?

Also, when the original transaction disappears, is it completely removed from the register or merely marked differently?
