I was looking for a way to create a report that summed up all dividends into the 3 primary categories (reinvested, cash stayed in account, cash transferred out). The problem is these three all share the came category and Quicken only differentiates them in the NUM field. However, the NUM field is not selectable in any standard report as a subtotal field. the workaround is to dump to Excel and subtotal there as NUM is a printable field in reports, just not a subtotal option.
