Etrade Bank accounts stopped downloading

Etrade Bank accounts stopped downloading around October 5th. I'm on Windows Classic Deluxe R69.53/27.1.69.53. The connection method is Express Web. I've performed multiple resets and completely disconnected the online services and set it back up to no avail.

I disconnected online services and did a Validate File. That didn't help either.

When I do a one step update, it acts like it's connecting, but it just doesn't get anything.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for sharing the details about the issue you've been experiencing since 10/05/26, as well as the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the steps outlined in our support article for missing transactions.

Be sure to follow these steps in order:

1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions and make sure the Automatically add to banking registers option is unchecked.
2. Refresh your online account information by clicking the Actions (Gear icon) in the upper-right corner of the account register and selecting Update Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
   
3. Confirm that the register is sorted by Date by clicking the Date column heading. If applicable, click Reset at the top of the register to remove any filters that may be applied.
   
4. Refresh your login session: Go to Help > Refresh Sign in. Once you've completed the sign-in process, try running One Step Update again.
5. Go to Actions (Gear icon) > Register Columns and enable the Downloaded Payee column. This allows you to search by payee and confirm that the missing transactions haven't been renamed unexpectedly.
6. Go to Tools > Account List and check Show Hidden Accounts at the bottom left. Review any accounts marked as hidden to confirm that the missing transactions haven't been downloaded into a hidden account.

If the issue persists after following the steps above, I'd like to ask a few questions to help narrow down the cause:

• Which types of accounts are affected? Are they checking, savings, credit card, or investment accounts?
• How old are the missing transactions? Are they more than 90 days old, or are more recent transactions missing as well?
• What types of transactions are missing? If the affected accounts have activity within the last 90 days, are the missing transactions limited to interest deposits, or do they also include income and expense transactions?
• What is their status on your financial institution's website? Are the missing transactions still marked as pending, or have they posted?

Your answers will help us determine the most appropriate next troubleshooting steps.
