All attempts to re-authorize my account end with my account being changed from a "complete" account to a "simple" one. I did see a message that Citi Wealth Management no longer accepts download requests from Quicken. Is this true?
@mjxm I have not seen any confirmation that Citi Personal Wealth Management has discontinued Quicken downloads. In fact, Quicken's support documentation still references reauthorizing investment accounts through the "Citi Personal Wealth Management" financial institution. However, there have been reported connectivity issues between Citi Wealth accounts and Quicken in the past.
When you reconnect, are you selecting Citi Personal Wealth Management as the financial institution, or a different Citi profile? Also, after the reauthorization completes, what connection method is shown on the account's Online Services tab, and does Quicken give any message explaining why the account is being switched to Simple Investing?
Thank you for you response, but after trying again one more time before giving you the requested info, I found that the problem has resolved itself.
Thanks again.
