I am using Quicken Classic for Mac and attempting to reconnect an existing mortgage account.

Financial institution: FirstBank Mortgage
Website: firstbankservicing.com

The account previously synchronized successfully.

Quicken accepts my login credentials and proceeds through SMS multifactor authentication.

Immediately after submitting the verification code, the connection fails with:

FDP-531
CP_SCRIPT_ERROR
SSL_CERTIFICATE_ERROR_531
