Display setting problem

Installed Quicken Deluxe, renewed subscription, on Windows. When I open, the screen resolution is 640 x 480, which is way too large. I changed to 10 1280 x 1024 (recommended), next a window popup asks "Keep change" I select yes. But next time I login the problem reappears. Problem does not occur with any other program.

@Quickdude since other programs are not affected, I would check whether Windows is applying compatibility settings to Quicken. Navigate to the Quicken Program Files (X86) folder, right-click qw.exe, select Properties → Compatibility, and verify that Compatibility Mode is disabled. Also check Change high DPI settings to ensure no display overrides have been configured.

Also check:

• Run this program in compatibility mode for: (should be unchecked)
• Run in 640 × 480 screen resolution (if present, should be unchecked)
• Reduced color mode (should be unchecked)

If compatibility mode is already unchecked, run the Compatibility Troubleshooter and then remove any suggested compatibility settings.
