sending invoice to myself in addition to customer

I'm just getting set up to send invoices. I understand that they are sent from a Quicken server, but I want to get a copy for myself. I added my email address [Removed - Sensitive Information], but I don't seem to be getting them. Yes, I checked the spam folder.

Since you've already checked your spam folder, here are a few other things to try:

Check your email filters and blocked senders

Some email providers have filters that automatically block or redirect messages from certain senders. Check your email settings to make sure noreply@quicken.com isn't blocked or being redirected to another folder.

Check third-party email extensions

If you use an email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook, browser extensions or add-ons may interfere with incoming emails, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes. Try temporarily disabling any extensions that could be filtering or blocking these messages, then request the code again.
