Duplicated Pending Transactions Discover and Chase

For a few weeks now the system has been downloading pending transactions as it has always done, but now each update duplicates pending transactions. I could easily quadruple all the transactions merely by telling it to perform the one step update 4 times in a row. When the transactions finally post, the duplicates are not removed. This is getting stupid now….
